What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies
— localStorage, sessionStorage — do the same job and are covered by this
policy too, because the law looks at what is stored on your device, not at what
the technique is called.
This site is deliberately light on them. No third-party script runs and no non-essential storage is written until you make a choice in the consent banner. You can verify that yourself: open your browser's developer tools on a fresh visit, look at the Network tab, and you will see no request to any third-party analytics or advertising domain before you click.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary — required for the site to function: keeping your booking form working, protecting against abuse, and remembering the cookie choice itself. These cannot be switched off, and under the ePrivacy Directive they do not require consent.
Analytics — anonymous statistics about which pages are visited and how people move through the booking flow. Off by default. Only set if you accept them.
Marketing — used to measure whether an advertising campaign led to a booking. Off by default. We currently run none; the category exists so that the banner does not have to change if we ever do.

Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation enabled, and Google's consent-mode signals are set to "denied" for advertising storage unless you also accept the marketing category.
Marketing — only with your consent
None in use at present. If that changes, this table and the consent version will be updated and you will be asked again.
Payment provider
When you pay by card or BLIK you are taken to our payment provider's own hosted page. Any cookies set there are governed by that provider's cookie policy, not this one. We do not set cookies on your device on their behalf, and no card data passes through this site.
Managing your consent
- The banner appears on your first visit. Nothing optional is stored until you choose.
- "Reject non-essential" keeps only the strictly necessary items.
- "Customise" lets you accept analytics and marketing separately.
- You can change your mind at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page.
- Your choice is stored in your own browser. It is not sent to us, so if you use a different browser or device, or clear your site data, you will be asked again.
- Withdrawing consent stops future processing; it does not undo processing that already took place.
Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the booking form from working.
